Lucy strikes again!

Posted by skmkh2002 on July 29, 2008

Dear Readers,

Living in a small community, I have to blog about the most recent gossip circulating.

This is a warning letter to all pet owners, and parents with young children in Villa Nakarin, Bangkok.

Satan’s spawn- AKA Lucy (our ex-neighbour dog), the mix Alsatian-devil dog that attacked Perdy 3 times. She just became murderer. Lucy murdered 2 toy dogs yesterday at 5pm.

See, Lucy thankfully moved 2 streets down, but still gets walked around the community. All dogs are usually walked at 6 (to avoid Lucy, our babies go out at 4:30pm). Around 5pm Perdy was whining and barking, wanting to go out, but I just hushed her.

Imagine if she sensed Lucy and was trying to save the other dogs, how bad of me!

Back to the story..

Lucy broke free from her leash, pounced on those toy dogs – Chihuahua – and RiPPED out one’s belly and broke the other’s neck!!! The security guards rushed over and tried to pull them apart and stop the fight. When they were able to separate the fight, the two chihuahuas were murdered. Can you imagine, RIPPED OUT his BELLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lucy must have missed the taste of blood (her last attack was in March) and those two innocent chihuahuas were easy victims.

They were also Perdy’s and Gizmo’s friends.

Anyways I propose the motion: Villa Nakarin should sentence Lucy to first degree murder.

She has a serious track record, and my poor Perdy is suffering from mental anxiety now, she doesn’t like to step out of our house bounds. (Before she was the adventurer(sp?) remember? )

Let’s hope that Lucy’s Mother will be socially responsible and make the right decision.

So please RIP the baby chihuahuas, I feel extremely sad for the family, they just moved in and rented the houses at the side of the lane – I think they are from Europe.

*BREAKING NEWS* *BREAKING NEWS* *BREAKING NEWS* *BREAKING NEWS*
Oh! News just in, Lucy’s walker (Anna’s maid) was chatting on her mobile phone and Lucy saw her victims and ran to them. About the aftermath – the police came to Lucy’s house, and LEFT. meaning that maybe ANNA (Lucy’s mother) bribed them! How great it is to live in a corrupted society, where criminals including DOGS roam freely. So much for being responsible.

Stacy

Photos of our darlings:

This is a photo we took of Gizmo when there was commotion outside, look how scared he looks.

This is Perdy listening to music (we were studying on the dining room table and brought the speakers downstairs.)

A Subtle Knife

Posted by skmkh2002 on July 28, 2008

Dear Readers,
No, i haven’t turned all psychotic on you. I have no idea what to write for a blog post title, so cheers to Philip Pullman’s A Subtle Knife. (Dark Materials, aka, The Golden Compass)

I tripped and fell up the stairs on thursday. I know you are thinking, fell up the stairs? That’s right, I fell as I was walking up the stairs (a true klutz move) and my knees are severely bruised and my heel is so sore. Been limping since friday, but being the trooper and extremely vain person I wore high heels to the roadshow at BITEC.

Let’s see, what can I tell you about having 2 road shows in a row.
let’s get some photos up..

Thats the booth, and the Samsung TV we brought, we played our 2.5 minute commercial on repeat for 10 hours. – what some might call japanese torture!

actually all photos are available here:

The one I wanted to comment about on my blog was this one:

Alot of ppl told me, ohh what if people see this picture and think you guys are a couple? Even Don himself said, lots of people are asking “Is that your GF?”

All I can say is…REALLY?? Can you guys really feel the chemistry pouring from this photo?

I really don’t see it. Don’t get me wrong, I love Don, but us as a COUPLE? We’d be the most odd couple around.

Anyhoo, I have to help greg with his accounting revision.
Will write more soon,
Stacy

Long periods of silence

Posted by skmkh2002 on July 24, 2008

Dear Readers,

Its been a long period of silence for me. Not that I’ve been super busy, but I seriously hate going online at home, and try to limit my computer time.

I like to do things like play with the dogs, chat with everyone at home, and just waste my time doing small things.

My room is still a mess – so I failed about that.

Today is Juliet’s birthday – Happy Birthday Juliet!

Despite this happiness, I’m feeling sad and teary (emotional lately) because just last week a friend emailed me complete happiness because their babies were born, and just yesterday one of the baby girls passed away from a rare liver condition. It is so heartbreaking and I just can’t imagine what they are going through, and I am at a complete lost(loss?) of words. There is nothing to say but to give condolences. Saying things like, “she was an angel that He missed so much He took her back” just is irritating and insensitive.

I’m really really sorry, and my heart goes out to you.

Happy Anniversary!

Posted by skmkh2002 on July 1, 2008

Dear Readers,

Today is my parent’s 35th anniversary.
They are still madly in love today as they’ve been when they first got married (if not stronger)
My parents have the most idealistic relationship, a relationship based on mutual respect, understanding and love.
They’ve given me an extremely high benchmark as to what is it like to be in love and how relationships work.
I only wish for a fraction of what they have and I’d be completely satisfied.
Wish them a lifetime full of love and happiness together.

35 years is an amazing feat, but their relationship was built to last.
